I have always known that I wanted to help people in whatever way possible. There are so many evil things on this planet, that all I wanted to do was spread smiles and kindness. My goal as a child was to make at least one person smile a day. As I advanced through college, I immediately fell in love with the psychology field. Strive for Sanity was created in June 2021 as way to begin my quest to help people. Because psychology is such a broad field, I still needed time to figure out what part of the field I wanted to specialize in. And the Strive for Sanity movement was created!

We want to raise awareness through the community, while giving that community their voice to speak up and reach out when needed. No one is immune to mental health issues. Doesn't matter your age, gender, ethnicity, or social economic class.
